Welcome to Sunrise Kindergarten!

Our kindergarten has been in operation since 1996, for children from 2 to 6 years old. Close to the forest, the environment motivates the children to explore nature, find different forest animals and plants, go for hiking, and play creative games and many more!

The school is open from 07:45 – 17:00 and the attendance is flexible. We have our own kitchen where a warm home cooked, nutritious and delicious vegetarian lunch is provided for the children as well as morning and afternoon snack. Fresh fruits are also served to the children.

Sunrise Kindergarten offers a fun and educational program for children ages 2 to 6. By creating a safe and nurturing environment in beautiful surroundings we hope to open children’s hearts and minds to the unlimited experiences in the world around them.

“A positive learning climate in a school for young children is a composite of many things. It is an attitude that respects children. It is a place where children receive guidance and encouragement from the responsible adults around them. It is an environment where children can experiment and try out new ideas without fear of failure. It is an atmosphere that builds children's self-confidence so they dare to take risks. It is an environment that nurtures a love of learning.”
